"We Fix It or You Don't Pay" guarantee applies to break-fix engineer visits only and does not apply to project work, development, marketing, consulting, hardware-related needs (diagnosis/replacement of physical components, liquid/impact damage, etc.), third-party/ISP/vendor outages, data recovery, intermittent/non-reproducible problems, declined recommendations, or work that is training/optimization/consultation. Travel expenses, on-site visit fee, procurement, or other miscellaneous expenses are not covered under the price guarantee and must be paid irrespective of the results. Cancellation fee will be applied if cancelled after the Technical Support Engineer/Technician is on their way to your location.
Taxes & Mandatory Fees: Sales tax apply where required. Service fee: 11.875% (on Engineer's fee), convenience fee: 15% (on travel & procurement), and payment gateway fee: 3.5% (on card payments).
